We offer a wide range of mental health trainings for counselors, supervisors, and organizations, designed to bridge the gap between intention and impact in clinical practice. Led by experienced clinicians and supervisors, our trainings are grounded in the latest research, ethics, and evidence-based best practices in multicultural counseling, trauma-informed care, and identity-affirming treatment.
At TPCWS, we believe that every organization benefits from being trauma-informed — whether you’re in education, healthcare, social services, or corporate leadership. Our trainings can be tailored to fit your team’s unique environment and goals, helping organizations strengthen communication, foster psychological safety, and build cultures of compassion and accountability.
Each session offers a safe, developmentally grounded space to learn, practice, and grow. Participants leave equipped to use affirming language, recognize and address bias, and rebuild trust — emerging as more confident, inclusive, and effective providers and leaders in their communities.
