Kristin provides person-centered counseling grounded in liberation, cultural responsiveness, and respect for each client’s lived experience. Rather than treating clients as problems to be fixed, she recognizes them as experts on their own lives and active partners in the counseling process.
Together, clients explore how personal experiences, culture, power, family patterns, and social expectations affect their well-being. Kristin balances compassion with honest reflection, helping clients develop emotional regulation skills, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with their values, and create sustainable change.

I’m Kristin, and I help people rediscover themselves beneath the noise of expectation and generational weight. I have tailored my work to serve clients with ADHD, BIPOC adults, and LGBTQIA+ individuals who are learning to break cycles, reclaim identity, and redirect their efforts beyond survival through the discovery of their unique paths to authentic freedom.
I believe in meeting people where they are at; healing happens when you’re seen, heard, and honored as the expert of your own life. My approach is person-centered and rooted in liberation. We’ll explore how culture, power, and history shape your story, while creating space for growth that feels real and sustainable.
I am committed to our work that is collaborative and compassionate, and you can rely on me to be a source of resolute honesty. I’ll challenge you to unlearn the
things that no longer serve you, to rediscover and rebuild the things that do, and to create a life that is grounded in your truth.
