Counseling Approach

Tracy uses a collaborative, harm-reduction approach that respects each client’s autonomy, circumstances, and readiness for change. Rather than defining recovery in only one way, she helps clients identify practical goals that support greater safety, stability, well-being, and quality of life.

Her approach is direct, compassionate, and informed by extensive experience supporting people through addiction, trauma, and emotional crises. Counseling is tailored to each client’s needs, strengths, and personal definition of progress.
