About Britt

Every person has a unique story and can begin to heal when they have the opportunity to share their story. I aim to provide individualized care by considering every client’s unique strengths, identity, culture, and life experience. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, gender identity, intimate partner/nontraditional relationships, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, and phase of life transitions. I use music, songwriting, journaling, and a variety of expressive arts in the therapeutic process and hope to help every client reach their highest potential. Together, we will identify areas for growth and set achievable goals so you can move towards living a more fulfilled life.
