Counseling Approach

Ja’Che’s counseling approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on each client’s individual needs. She helps clients explore how past experiences, current relationships, and everyday stress may be affecting their emotional well-being. Together, clients identify their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels comfortable to them.

Fee Scale
  • Individual counseling: $75 per session
  • Family counseling: $90 per session
  • Couples counseling: $120 per session
  • Insurance is not accepted
I am dedicated to guiding individuals through their journey of healing and transformation. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and the potential for growth and healing in every individual. In my practice, I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to tailor treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client. My intention is to help individuals navigate through life’s toughest challenges with resilience and empowerment.
