Ariana 1

Ariana Hollis, LPC

I am a millennial mental health counselor, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and a practitioner of African Traditional Religions and spirituality. Growing up as a young Black woman in a traditional Southern household, I often felt at war with my thoughts, emotions, and sexuality. My own healing journey led me toward mental health awareness, counseling, and a deeper understanding of what liberation can look like.

I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience into the therapy room. My goal is to create an affirming space where you can explore your identity, process difficult experiences, and speak honestly without feeling that you must hide or explain important parts of yourself.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to identity and personal growth. Together, we can examine the experiences and beliefs that have shaped you, develop tools for navigating difficult emotions, and create a life that feels more authentic, connected, and aligned with who you are.
