Mental Health Continuing Education Retreat

St. Thomas, USVI

May 19-23, 2027

The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman's Reef

Back to the WELL is a five-day continuing education retreat created exclusively for mental health professionals seeking high-quality professional development, meaningful community, cultural experiences, and intentional rest.

Join clinicians from across the country in St. Thomas for an experience that invests in both the professional and the person doing the work.

Over five unforgettable days, you’ll earn high-quality continuing education, connect with fellow clinicians from around the country, and create space to rest, reflect, and return to your work feeling renewed.

Some of the most meaningful growth happens when we step away from our daily routines. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your clinical skills, prevent burnout, or simply reconnect with the passion that brought you into this profession, Back to the Well offers the opportunity to invest in both your career and yourself.

Continuing Education With Room to Breathe

Back to the WELL intentionally balances professional development with personal restoration. Training is scheduled during half-days so you can learn without spending the entire retreat inside a conference room.

Educational programming is designed to strengthen ethical, culturally responsive, and sustainable clinical practice. We will provide final course titles, presenters, learning objectives, and individual CE-hour categories as the program is finalized.

To receive continuing education credit, participants must attend eligible sessions, complete required evaluations, and meet attendance requirements.
